The installer is about 3.7 GB, most of which is the detection models that make the masking work offline. Windows may warn about an unrecognised publisher — choose More info, then Run anyway.
Open the app and paste the key from the same email. That is the only time it needs the internet. Afterwards it runs offline for as long as you own it.
The download link in your receipt does not expire. A new computer, a fresh install of Windows, a replaced drive — use the same link and the same key.
Your licence covers three computers. If you have used all three and need another — a machine that died, or one you no longer own — email and it will be freed. There is no charge for that and no argument about it.
